Per Videocast will er alle zwei Wochen einen Überblick über aktuelle Entwicklungen, Produktneuheiten und das angestrebte Comeback von Opel in der Autoindustrie geben. Der Rüsselsheimer Autobauer, bemüht um ein moderneres Image, wirbt damit, dass Neumann der erste Chef eines europäischen Autoherstellers sei, der per YouTube-Videocast informiert.
"Jeden Monat besuchen mehr als eine Milliarde Nutzer das Videoportal YouTube. Dabei werden sechs Milliarden Stunden Videomaterial angesehen. Eine Ausweitung meines Social-Media-Engagements auf YouTube ist die logische Schlussfolgerung, um mehr Menschen für Opel zu begeistern", erklärt Neumann.Er startete sein Engagement in sozialen Netzwerkern am 31. Juli 2013 auf Twitter. Ein Jahr später zählt sein Account mit dem Nutzernamen @KT_Neumann über 4000 Follower.
