Ab sofort gibt es bei der Dortmunder Hülpert-Gruppe drei eigenverantwortliche Geschäftsbereiche: DieHülpert Mobility Holding, dieHülpert Lifestyle Holding und die Hülpert Shared Service GmbH.
In der Hülpert Mobility Holding werden unter Leitung von Kai Uwe Frank, Andreas Kraemer und Gabriele Sternbeck die Volumenmarken Audi, Seat, Škoda und VW (Pkw und Nutzfahrzeuge) zusammengefasst. Ziel ist es, den Kunden künftig nicht nur Fahrzeuge anzubieten, sondern in Kooperation mit weiteren Partnern auch Mobilitätskonzepte.
In die neu gegründete Hülpert Lifestyle Holding mit den Geschäftsführern Jürgen Hens und Christoph Kösters werden die Porsche Zentren in Dortmund, Recklinghausen und Soest integriert. DieHülpert Shared Service GmbH ist eine komplett neue unabhängige Dienstleistungseinheit für das gesamte Daten-, Finanz-, Immobilien- und Personalmanagement. Sie agiert einerseits als Dienstleister für die beiden Holdings, andererseits als Anbieter auf dem freien Markt, etwa für Handelsbetriebe. Die Geschäftsführung übernimmt Gabriele Sternbeck.Der bisherige Gesamtgeschäftsführer Michael Sprenger verlässt die Hülpert-Gruppe nach über acht Jahren. Er bleibt dem Unternehmen als Berater verbunden.
Der VW-Konzernpartner Hülpert hat im vergangenen Geschäftsjahr 17.300 Fahrzeuge verkauft und 465 Millionen Euro umgesetzt. Aktuell beschäftigt das Unternehmen 960 Mitarbeiter an 14 Betriebsstätten im östlichen Ruhrgebiet. Im Top-100-Umsatzranking platzierte sich Hülpert zuletzt auf Platz 35, nach Absatz auf Platz 27.Lesen Sie auch:
