Filderstadt. All for One Steeb übernimmt die KWP-Gruppe ganz und will dazu eine Kapitalerhöhung durchführen. Bisher hielt der IT-Dienstleister aus Filderstadt 56 Prozent an der KWP Kümmel, Wiedmann + Partner Unternehmensberatung mit Sitz in Heilbronn. Das Unternehmen ist auf SAP-Lösungen rund um die Personalwirtschaft (Human Capital Management) spezialisiert und hat im Geschäftsjahr 2011/2012 mit über 140 Mitarbeitern einen Umsatz von knapp 17 Millionen Euro erzielt. "Mit ihrem konsequenten Fokus auf den SAP HCM Markt hat KWP über Jahrzehnte eigenständig ein starkes Branding aufgebaut. All for One Steeb und KWP zusammen betreuen zudem bereits über 2000 Stammkunden. Mit der Aufstockung unserer Anteile wollen wir dieses Potenzial noch intensiver nutzen", so Lars Landwehrkamp, Chef von All for One Steeb. "Wir werden uns noch stärker aufstellen, mit eigenen Angeboten zu SAP Cloud Solutions und Success Factors punkten und in der Frage von Eigenbetrieb oder Auslagerung die Vorteile unserer Private Cloud Services klar positionieren", beschreibt der Manager die Strategie.
All for One Steeb ist ein SAP-Systemhaus, das stark auf die mittelständische Fertigungsindustrie in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz fokussiert ist. Im Ranking der Automobilwoche liegt das Unternehmen mit Sitz in Filderstadt bei Stuttgart mit einem Umsatz von 57 Millionen Euro im Jahr 2012 an Nummer 14 der 25 größten IT-Dienstleister für die Autoindustrie in Deutschland. Stärkster Wettbewerber ist die in Bielefeld ansässige Itelligence, die zum japanischen IT-Konzern NTT Data gehört und weltweit tätig ist. All for One Steeb übernimmt KWP-Gruppe ganz
Der auf die mittelständische Zulieferindustrie fokussierte IT-Dienstleister All for One Steeb setzt seinen aggressiven Expansionskurs fort. Nun wird das Marktsegment Personalwirtschaft addressiert.
KWP-Geschäftsführung bleibt
Die vollständige Übernahme der Tochter erfolgt, indem der KWP-Gesellschafter und Geschäftsführer Hartmut Kümmel seinen 34-prozentigen KWP-Geschäftsanteil in Aktien von All for One Steeb umwandelt. Er erhält 122.000 neue Anteilscheine und eine Barkomponente. Dazu ist eine Kapitalerhöhung notwendig, die noch im Herbst auf den Weg gebracht werden soll. Der KWP-Gesellschafter Joachim Volpert, der zehn Prozent hält, verkauft seine Anteile. Beide Manager werden weiter in der Geschäftsführung der Unternehmensberatung bleiben.
