All for One Steeb AG und die Fiducia IT AG, Karlsruhe, verhandeln über eine langfristige Partnerschaft im SAP-Markt: Teile des SAP-Mittelstandsgeschäfts der Fiducia-Töchter Orga Gesellschaft für automatische Datenverarbeitung mbH und Orga Consulting GmbH, beide Karlsruhe, sollen durch die All for One Steeb AG übernommen werden. Fiducia und All for One Steeb wollen sich zudem gegenseitig bei der Gewinnung neuer Kunden unterstützen.
Für die All for One Steeb AG würde die angestrebte Marktpartnerschaft zu einer weiteren Stärkung ihres SAP-Outsourcing- und Application-Management-Geschäfts führen. Das zusätzliche jährliche Umsatzvolumen dürfte bei anfänglich etwa acht bis neun Millionen Euro liegen. Ein Abschluss der Verhandlungen wird im 1. Quartal 2013 angestrebt.All for One Steeb ist ein SAP-Systemhaus, das stark auf die mittelständische Fertigungsindustrie in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz fokussiert ist. Im Ranking der Automobilwoche liegt das Unternehmen mit Sitz in Filderstadt bei Stuttgart mit einem Umsatz von 31 Millionen Euro im Jahr 2011 an Nummer 13 der 25 größten IT-Dienstleister für die Autoindustrie in Deutschland. Fiducia ist Dienstleister für Genossenschaftsbanken
Die Fiducia-Gruppe mit Hauptsitz in Karlsruhe ist nach eigener Aussage der größter IT-Dienstleister in dergenossenschaftlichen Finanzgruppe - also bei den Volksbanken. Das Kerngeschäft der Fiducia-Gruppe ist die Erbringung von IT-Leistungen für700 Genossenschaftsbanken, für die Zentralinstitute und Unternehmen in der genossenschaftlichen Finanzgruppe sowie für über 50Privatbanken.Insgesamt betreut die Fiducia 760 Banken.Auch Öffentliche Verwaltungen und Industrieunternehmen zählen zu den Kunden der Fiducia-Gruppe.
Die Kernkompetenzen liegen laut Fiducia im Rechenzentrumsbetrieb auf höchstem Sicherheitsniveau unter Einsatz moderner Großrechner-Technologie, Open-System- und Unix-Technologie sowie in der Entwicklung und Implementierung integrierter IT-Lösungen. Im Geschäftsjahr 2011 erwirtschaftete die Fiducia-Gruppe mit über 2400 Mitarbeitern einen Umsatz von 648 Millionen Euro.
