Ludwigsburg. MHP will im Herbst eine neue Reporting-Software für den Autohandel auf den Markt bringen. "Bislang fehlt aus unserer Sicht eine einfache und gleichzeitig ganzheitliche Anwendung, die den Verantwortlichen eine marken- und standortübergreifende Transparenz verschafft", so Hartmut Mast, Senior Manager bei der Prozess- und IT-Beratung Mieschke Hofmann und Partner (MHP). Deshalb hat das Unternehmen nun die webbasierte Reporting-Lösung MHP Dealer Performance Management entwickelt. Diese ruft via Internet regelmäßig die Daten aus den bestehenden Systemen des Autohauses ab – etwa dem Dealermanagementsystem (DMS), der Finanzbuchhaltungssoftware oder der Zeiterfassung – und überträgt diese in eine eigene Datenbank. Aus der konsolidierten Datenbasis werden anschließend die gewünschten Kennzahlen generiert.
MHP mit Sitz in Ludwigsburg ist eine Tochter des Sportwagenherstellers Porsche. Im Ranking der Automobilwoche liegt MHP mit einem Umsatz von 118 Millionen Euro im Jahr 2012 auf Platz sieben der größten IT-Dienstleister für die Autoindustrie in Deutschland. Der Prozess- und IT-Dienstleister Mieschke Hofmann und Partner (MHP) dringt weiter in den Autohandel vor. Die neue Software filtert Kennzahlen aus unterschiedlichsten IT-Systemen.
MHP bietet Lizenzmodell
Das neue Reporting-Toolwird wird in einem SaaS-Modell (Software as a Service) verfügbar sein. Eine aufwendige Implementierung entfällt damit. Die Anwender müssen mit Unterstützung von MHP lediglich die Anbindung an die bestehenden Systeme realisieren und die Kennzahlen an den spezifischen Bedarf anpassen. Neben den einmaligen Einrichtungskosten zahlen die Nutzer einen monatlichen Mietpreis. "Vorteilhaft ist die Miet-Lizenz, weil das finanzielle Risiko für die Händler auf diese Weise sehr gering ist", so Mast.
Zusammengesetzt ist die Gesamtlösung aus drei Modulen, die sich ergänzen, von den Anwendern aber auch einzeln eingesetzt werden können. Das Modul Performance Cockpit ist für die Führungskräfte konzipiert und soll das Monitoring unterstützen. Dazu werden alle wichtigen Kennzahlen in übersichtlichen Grafiken dargestellt. Eine Skala mit grünen, gelben und roten Bereichen lässt direkt den Soll-Ist-Status jedes KPI erkennen. Mit dem Modul Performance Analysis können einzelne Kennzahlen im Detail betrachtet und aufgeschlüsselt werden. Dies ist beispielsweise sinnvoll, um die Ursachen für sinkende Werte zu identifizieren. Das Modul Performance Activity unterstützt schließlich dabei, geeignete Optimierungsmaßnahmen zu planen und zu steuern. So können beispielsweise Listen mit Kunden aus einem bestimmten Segment erstellt werden, die als Basis für eine gezielte Marketingkampagne dienen.
