Kerpen. Der IT-Dienstleister Computacenter und SailPoint, ein Anbieter im Bereich Identity- und Access-Management, haben eine Partnerschaft geschlossen. Die beiden Unternehmen werden künftig gemeinsame Lösungen für "Identity und Access Governance" entwickeln und Kunden in diesem Bereich beraten. Ziel ist es, Unternehmen bei der effizienten Erfüllung von Compliance-Anforderungen zu unterstützen sowie Geschäftsprozesse und Abläufe in Organisationen zu optimieren. Computacenter setzt dafür in Projekten rund um das Thema Identity und Access Management die SailPoint-Lösung IdentityIQ ein – bei Planung, Konzeption, Implementierung und Betrieb.
Computacenter ist der fünftgrößte IT-Dienstleister für die Autoindustrie in Deutschland. Im Ranking der Automobilwoche lag das Unternehmen mit einem Automotive-Umsatz im Jahr 2011 von 220 Millionen Euro hinter T-Systems, SAP Deutschland, IBM und HP. IdentityIQ von SailPoint ermöglicht es Unternehmen, in kurzer Zeit Konten- und Berechtigungskontrollen durch diejenigen Personen durchführen zu lassen, die auch die fachliche Verantwortung tragen. Typischerweise sind das nicht die IT-Abteilungen, sondern die Fachbereiche. Anders als bei klassischen User-Provisioning-Lösungen setzt die Software die Prozesse für die Verwaltung von Konten und Berechtigungen nicht ausschließlich informationstechnologisch um. Vielmehr geht IdentityIQ vom Ist-Zustand aus und präsentiert auf dieser Grundlage eine Übersicht beispielsweise über Zugriffsrechte oder Identitäten.
