Offenbach. Hyundai lag 2013 mit einem Anteil der Kurzzulassungen von 19,4 Prozent an den Neuzulassungen weit vor Renault, obwohl die Franzosen ebenfalls 3,4 Prozent Marktanteil erreichen – wozu Tageszulassungen aber nur 5,3 Prozent beitrugen. Schrick will die Kurzzulassungen nun reduzieren. Er plant zudem einen Ausbau des Vertriebsnetzes: Das umfasst derzeit 380 Händler an 567 Standorten und soll um weitere zehn Partner ergänzt werden. Aktuell deckt das Vertriebsnetz 85 Prozent des deutschen Markts ab. Der Geschäftsführer will in jeder Großstadt mit einem repräsentativen Betrieb vertreten sein. „Wir wollen in diesem Jahr noch 20 Open Points besetzen.“ Nachholbedarf sieht Schrick unter anderem in Frankfurt, Dresden und im Münchner Westen. Zulegen will er auch im Flottenmarkt, wo im laufenden Jahr 9500 Zulassungen geplant sind. Der Importeur hatte 2013 die Zahl der Business-Center für Flottenkunden auf 70 erweitert, weitere zehn sollen 2014 hinzukommen. Mit einer Umsatzrendite von durchschnittlich 1,5 Prozent im vergangenen Jahr sei das Handelsnetz „wirtschaftlich in einer soliden Verfassung“. Die Rendite liege „ungefähr doppelt so hoch wie der Branchendurchschnitt“, so Schrick. Dieses Niveau will er 2014 mindestens halten. 80 Prozent der Hyundai- Händler erreichten 2013 einen Marktanteil von mehr als drei Prozent, drei von fünf Händlern kamen auf über vier Prozent. „Wir sind auch bei der Verkaufsverteilung für die Zukunft gut aufgestellt.“ Das Unternehmen will im Rahmen des bereits laufenden Plans „Product Momentum 2017“ nun 22 neue Fahrzeuge und Varianten einführen, darunter „ein oder zwei SUVs“, so Schrick. Hyundai hat im November 2013 den Kleinstwagen i10 auf den Markt gebracht, Ende 2014 folgt die Neuauflage des Kleinfahrzeugs i20. Auf dem Automobil-Salon in Genf feiert die Marke die Europapremiere der Sportlimousine Genesis. Sie kommt im Juni in den Handel. Schrick will ferner auf der IAA Nutzfahrzeuge einen Transporter präsentieren.

Hyundai strebt vier Prozent an
Hyundai Motor Deutschland will 2016 einen Marktanteil von vier Prozent erreichen. Das kündigte Geschäftsführer Markus Schrick an. In diesem Jahr soll der aktuelle Marktanteil von 3,4 Prozent gehalten und ab 2015 wieder gesteigert werden. Schrick hat das Vertriebssystem überarbeitet und das Prämienprogramm umgestellt. Er verspricht seinen Händlern dadurch mehr Planungssicherheit: „Die Zuteilung von Vertriebsprämien wird künftig nicht an Zulassungs-, sondern an Verkaufszahlen gemessen.“
