Mit der zunehmenden Vernetzung der Fahrzeuge rückt der Datenfluss weiter in den Vordergrund. Das bietet für alle Marktplayer große Chance. Entscheidend sind die Rahmenbedingungen: "Wir wollen dies nicht verhindern. Im Gegenteil: Wir wollen, dass die Daten sprechen", sagte Matthias Schubert, Bereichsvorstand Mobilität TÜV Rheinland, beim Automobilwoche Kongress in Berlin.
Welche Chancen die Daten bieten, zeigt nicht zuletzt die gesetzliche Einführung des E-Call. Der automatische Notruf hat in den vergangenen Jahren viele Leben gerettet. Entscheidende Voraussetzung: die Regeln zu definieren. "Alle Beteiligten sprechen eine Sprache, die Datenformate sind entsprechend definiert", nennt Schubert die Voraussetzungen.
